Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis: It's not just pushing software buttons
A Workshop by David T. Hulett (President, Hulett & Associates, LLC)
About this Workshop
Important components of risk analysis include risk-facilitating corporate culture, identification of all "good, bad and ugly" risks that cannot be talked about in workshops, and the quality of the project schedule called an analysis schedule that can withstand the rigors of simulation, and that is before engaging the simulation software.
I have proposed a maturity model that includes these issues in level 1, 2 and 3. Level 4 is modern quantitative risk analysis (schedule and cost integrated) that will be described to show what modern risk analysis can do if these precursors are present.
