Phil Jakubowski

Phil is Co-Founder and Director at Pelorus Insights, a management consultancy set up to help Leaders build enduring risk management capability, improve decision quality and win major bids. Across 25 years of experience, Phil has worked on some of the UK's biggest portfolios and programmes in the Defence, Aerospace and Nuclear industries, with clients ranging from FTSE100 organisations, a “Big 4” consultancy, Nuclear Site License Companies, UK Ministry of Defence Delivery Agencies and Front-Line Commands. The variety of this work has given insights into risk management and decision-making practices from multiple perspectives – leader, practitioner, advisory consultant, assurer, trainer, and coach.
