Jennifer Wolfe

Jen Wolfe is a dynamic business leader, inspiring keynote speaker, acclaimed author, and a globally recognized authority in intellectual property and governance. As the Managing Director of Dot Brand 360, a leading digital agency and registrar, and the Managing Partner of Wolfe, Sadler, Breen, Morasch, and Colby, ranked among the top 75 patent law firms in the U.S. by IP Today, Jen has demonstrated unique expertise in driving innovation for her clients over the last 25 years.

Her thought leadership, research, and publications have earned endorsements from senior executives at F100 organizations, including Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Richemont, Scripps Networks Interactive, Uber, General Electric, and the Motion Picture Association of America. Jen has authored five highly regarded books: Disruption in the Boardroom, Blockchain in the Boardroom, Digital in the Boardroom, Domain Names Rewired, and Brand Rewired. She is currently researching and writing a new book on policy and processes that will integrate AI and IP. 

An active investor and board member in technology startups, Jen was the first woman President of the Greater Cincinnati Venture Capital Association. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt in process improvement, nationally accredited in public relations, and a valued member of the Forbes Business Council. Her insights on digital strategy and the future of the Internet have been featured in prominent outlets such as ClickZ, SEO Watch, CIO Magazine, Bloomberg Businessweek, Forbes Business Council Inside Counsel, National Law Journal, and many more.

Jen’s industry influence extends to governance and cybersecurity. She was appointed to the Generic Names Supporting Organization (GNSO) Council of the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) in 2012 and later served as Chairwoman of the Independent Review of the GNSO. She was consistently recognized as one of the top 300 global intellectual-property strategists by IAM Magazine.

Her educational accomplishments include a Juris Doctorate and Master's Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati and executive programs at Stanford Law School, Harvard Law School, and Carnegie Mellon University. 

As Founder and Director of Southern Living Ventures, a lifestyle brand company which recently launched Whisper Creek Spa, an 11,000 square-foot luxury day spa in Hilton Head, SC, Jen combines her business acumen with a passion for investing in exceptional customer experiences as she enjoys her empty nester lifestyle near the beach.
